I’ve been a member since 1992 and my family has been there even longer. The experience my husband and I are currently having is absurd! We are very disappointed and have asked to speak with managers who have been extremely rude and absolutely no help. My family and I have already opened accounts at Truliant and will be transferring our money there.

Deposited a check on a Thursday via mobile banking they let a slight amount go through immediately the other 90% still hasn't went through ( this was a check from work so I deposit these quite often over the past 5 or so yrs) When I called , the lady said I should have read the "fine" print that it can take 4 or 5 days . I wish I would have I'd taken my money outta here 5 years ago. Allegacy has really went down hill fast the past couple years nothing separates them from big greedy banks anymore .

I applied for a loan for a car I have good credit and great income they made me run around for days to supply thing and everything work out horribly avoid this credit union and most of all Sara Lopez!

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. There is zero focus on the customer, this place has gone downhill tremendously. Worst bank in North Carolina now, stay away at all costs.

Update:I wanted to update my post in referance to the issues I've experienced over the past few years. I was recently contacted by Karen with Allegacy's customer Service Department who I felt was Genuinely concern with my bad experiances. After hearing me through and offering her company's apologies for the problems and letting me know about some new services coming down the pipe to help with these issues I feel better about the whole situation. I'd like to thank Karen for being diligent in getting in touch with me and would like to point out that in these days in time that it's hard to find company's especially large ones that will take the time to follow up with unhappy customers.. you guys get an "A" for effort. Thank you.I have been a customer with this Credit Union for about 8 years now. I must say the customer service over the past few years has declined and in some instances is Horrible... some of the problems I've encountered are as follows1. Issues with properly depositing funds into the correct accout(put into someone else's account!)2. Teller in the drive through at the main branch speaking to me disrespctly and Arguing with me. 3. I've been told that if u have more than 4 or 5 checks to deposit you cant use the drive through ! You must come into the bank! (BTW I cant find this rule Anywhere in any of my documents from when I started my accounts!)4. When you go into the bank it can take up to 10 min's for the tellers to look at, anilize, and process the checks.. so dont do your deposits if your in a hurry! This Credit union is probably fine if all you need is a BASIC bank but in my opinion they are not geared toward handling business or anyone that needs to be in and out of the bank multiple times per week.. so I'm taking their advice and "UNLIKING MY BANK!" 👎
