I usually do not write reviews but I'm starting to get very irritated with the lack of customer service I've received. I moved to Maryland not to long ago from Virginia. I'm a Federal Law Enforcement Officer in DC and I wanted to purchase some new toys. Maryland laws are different from VA. VA I go in and walk out the same day with my firearm. So I go to Fred's first. I walk in and I guess I had my invisible suit on since no one even acknowledged me. So I said I will take my business elsewhere and I go to All Pawn. I walk in and apparently I had my invisible suit on again. I walk in and look at the case for a while. There was one customer in front of me but I guess the guy cant multitask and say hello or I'll be right with or something. So I stop looking at the guns in the case and I just stand there waiting patiently. He helps the customer and doesn't even look my way and walks to answer the phone. He talks on the phone still not acknowledging me. He gets off the phone and walks right pass me to help a coworker with another customer. At some point all I needed was a Sir I'll be right with you.....that's it. So I walked out. I guess I will try Maryland Small Arms next and hopefully I can get some decent service.
