Got an auto loan for a truck thru Advia CU and I cannot stand this credit union, they charge for everything, you can't make a payment online, by credit card or over the phone without being charged a big fee, this is not how credit unions are supposed to treat their members, I'll be looking to refinance elsewhere very soon !!!!

I've been with 4 different banks before I changed to Advia. The staff greets you by name every time, there is almost never a wait time, and great rates. I highly suggest looking at advia if you are in search of a new banking institution.

Terrible service got a car loan through them wasn't even a mouth late and they hit us with interest rates then sent it to collections might as well go to a bank and get bent over by them
