This place is a complete scam. They'll charge you continously for mysterious batch fees and their customer service is near non-existent. The number for customer service on our bill for Advanced Merchant Services leads you to a person who will say, "oh wait, your account isn't with us, please call our lubbock office". When I call them, after a long hold, "Oh wait, your account is with first data." After spending 4 hours on the phone and a weeks waste of time, I can't believe this company is anything other than a Comcast on steroids. CANCELING with them is just as difficult. In order to cancel they'll either fax or mail you documents, AND BY THE WAY, they have 30 days to cancel so that means if they bill you in that time, you're on the hook. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company. They're small business predators.
