Recently called Advance U Cash Newport Ky location. Amber who was very thorough polite and answered all of my questions very professionally. Also said could not promise anything when I would come in. Amber also went and pre approved me on the phone when she was speaking to me. Excellent service. Amber made me feel important. We need more people like Amber.
