This company steals robs and blindsides it’sCustomers. I have had an account and all started fine and for reasons unknown by apparently anyone it just started doing bills every 10 days instead of on my pay days I called and let them sync with my bank so they could see paydays and align payments to said dates after 7 phone calls and 7 times they synced account they still have money trying to come out on wrong days they advised me I would have to call every time to manually change the payment dates every time and also call in to make said payments since they were changed. It’s just there way of trying to trick you into a collections trap where they can charge you mad fees and collections I don’t recommend anyone use this service. If u need cash that bad find alternative company or go rob a bank either would less hassle than this nasty excuse of a business. Just kidding don’t rob a bank. Just don’t use this company.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm trying to figure out how 279% interest is even legal. I managed to pay my $600 loan back in 4 months because I figured out how to work their system. Pay as much on the principle as you can as often as you can. You have to specify that that's where you want the money to go, otherwise it will be eaten up in interest and fees. If you are not able to do this, I highly suggest you stay away from these crooks.

I had some bad luck and had to borrow money. They worked with me one time. Missed one payment now I'm getting called two and three times a day. Oh and the reason I missed my payment is because my mom went in hospital and almost died. The sad thing is I'm not trying to get out of paying I just needed time and they are calling when I'm at work or driving and sending txt and emails. It is stressing me out so bad it's going to put me in hospital for blood pressure.

These guys by far have some of the worst customer service yet they need to start training their csr’s so they know what’s going on and how to their job since none of them can currently do I had to repeatedly call in to find out what information these guys needed because I was never sent an email or called back as promised it’s sucks that I sent in so many important documents for them to keep requesting documents and then when I finally sent them all in they deny me makes me wonder what they really wasted my time for

I use to work at a finance company like this. Yes the rates are high but if you don’t like them go to a bank with reasonable rates. For some a bank is not an option due to their financial situation but your going to pay if your getting a high risk loan and that’s all there is to it. Pay close attention to the person that explains your contract if you don’t understand ask questions don’t just go with it because you want the money then be upset once you start paying and realize it’s highway robbery because you will end up paying more if it’s not quickly paid off in the end.

Great company! Yes it is a lot to pay them off with a line of credit but they are friendly and work well with you! They make it easy to access cash online and send statements to keep you posted. Lots of locations around town too.

Won't stop calling me, no reason to be getting phone calls from these people. Even when I say no repeatedly and asked to not be called anymore doesn't fail I get called at least once a week.

I took out a loan with this company and I paid it off within a couple of weeks. When I logged into my account is shows a 0.00 balance and when I click on refinance/payment it shows I owe $34.18 and it is scheduled to be debited from my account in October several months from now, Every time I call customer services no one can explain why I have a balance and why it scheduled to be debited several months from now, I think this a scheme. Now I have to close my current checking account and open another. I also have contact all my creditors that I automatic drafts and reset those accounts. Everyone I talk to seems to be in the corporate office but fix this issue.

I had gotten hit by an 18 wheeler in 2015 and had to stop making payments, however the account was paid off in full. Now they won’t let me receive another loan. They don’t care about their customers nor situations that occur in life. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place.
