I had zero hiccups working with Gary, Michelle, and Niccole. They were super responsive and helpful. I never had to wait long for an answer to any of my million questions. There were no surprises or hidden costs. This was our first home purchase and everyone told us the mortgage process would be so painful and horrible but I would do it all again tomorrow!

Greg Schaefermeyer is a one-of-a-kind man. He is honest like no one I know. He is kind and very patient through the whole mortgage process. He helped me find a place to libe while I worked on my current home to get it show-ready. He even helped me spruce it up a bit. This was all way above and beyond. Greg really made me feel like family.

I called my loan officer and his assistant A LOT with questions, concerns, asking about timelines. They always took my calls, always answered my questions, and always seemed genuinely happy to help me understand the process. Couldn't have asked for nicer people.

Gary was great in helping us get approved and ready to buy our home. We are both self-employed and were nervous of the work and time that would go into verifying personal and business income, taxes, etc but Gary and his team made it incredibly easy. He was quick to respond and gave great insight into the market and the type of loan and interest rate options that were out there. We will be sending people his way.

Collette was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made herself readily available to meet with us, even outside of normal business hours, and was quick to respond to questions by phone, text and email. The whole process from start to finish was very painless.
