I have been using Abtek for my small business (a local Mathnasium franchise) for four years now. I discovered this particular merchant account solutions provider before I began business operations when I was referred to them by a local bank with whom I had just opened a business checking account. Actually, the bank's vice-president setup a meeting at their own, particular branch with Tina Allcorn, an Abtek representative. Immediately impressed by her presentation, I "signed up" (however, no type of contract necessary) with the company for the long haul. And what a smart decision it was! Abtek has been a joy to work with, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Tina, Morgan Palmer, Dennis Huppertz, and Arthur Berry are all just incredible human beings, let alone being phenomenal at their respective jobs. Dennis (IT) set me up with a credit card terminal, at first, and gave me specific directions on how to use it right before our center's opening. When we eventually moved away from that type of process, Tina, Dennis, and Arthur (the master technologist) all played a role in switching me over to an easy-to-use, web-based, very secure credit card system for my clientele; an absolute life saver! And Arthur always, always lends a helping hand in providing any technological support to me whenever needed, with his great expertise in anything IT-related. And Morgan is an absolute "gem," as it has been a common occurrence, by chance, that she has typically been the one to answer the phone when I have called--and she, as well, has always been able to help me out with any issue or problem that I may be having.
