We completed on our property last week. Nick negotiated a great deal for us and was excellent throughout the whole process. Carla and Paul held our hands on the final day to make sure everything went smoothly and Carla is still helping with transfers of utilities and even helped us open a local bank account. Great service all around. Before our first visit Victoria helped narrow down what we were looking for and explained the market, the process, etc. On our first trip Nick showed us a huge variety of places, sizes, locations and styles and gave a frank opinion of each. This meant our understanding of what we wanted from a house, along with what was available in our budget, grew tremendously. It made future visits much more targeted and efficient. Throughout the buying process Carla and Paul were responsive and detailed. Our completion went smoothly and Carla has been fantastic in getting us set up with utilities, internet, etc.

Having just completed the purchase of a place in Umbria I have to say the Abode team were exceptional right from the original contact made to view the first house to moving in to the one we chose. They were professional in every aspect. They understood our needs, despite these changing over time, and supported us every step of the way. I cannot praise the whole team enough. Brilliant.

We have just had a delightful experience moving from England into our dream Italian home, thanks to Nick and his wonderful team at Abode Italy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, whether it was taking us around Umbria to view an extensive range of beautiful properties or managing all the administration and conveyancing to ensure a smooth and problem-free transition. Our grasp of Italian isn't great, and so much here is new to us, but already Abode have made sure we are settled in and we're very happy we made the decision to have a new life in lovely sunny Umbria.
