They are useless. I joined solely because I wanted to replace my Mass ID in town and avoid the DMV. Last week they couldn't because of "fees" I owed from 20 years ago(and for the record paid ,19 years ago) I took care of that with the DMV on line. This week I can't get replacement ID because the Massachusetts issued ID I was trying to replace was "not replaceable?" That, I probably could have handled. The "lady" I had to deal with today was rude and talked down to me without giving me a valid reason for anything or trying to fix it. Great customer service was not her strong suit. Also, the lady last week could have told me that even after I paid the "fees" I wouldn't be able to get a new ID there.
