Client Review on AAA Saugus
Feedback:
Worst experience. After checking in with the woman at the counter for travel (was asked for member card and was swiped into the system) I was given a seat. The place was busy so I was patient. After waiting about 1.5 hours I went back up to the counter to see how things were looking. I was told they didn’t know what I was talking about and that I wasn’t in the que. I was asked if I wanted to make an apt. I asked would I have to wait? She said yes. Meanwhile there were at least one cubicle with no customers. There were plenty of other workers just sitting around doing nothing as well. The place is so disorganized it’s not even funny. I would not recommend the AAA Saugus location to anyone.
