Received a quote for a homeowners insurance policy from an agent at this location. After I had paid for the policy in FULL (and over a month later) the agent notified me that the price had changed and wanted to charge an additional $200 for the policy. They took absolutely zero responsibility for the wrong quote and did nothing to resolve the situation. Even worse the agent couldn't reasonably explain the reasoning behind the cost increase. She even stop responding to my phone calls and emails. It was a bait and switch situation and I wish I went with a different carrier. BUYER BEWARE on any quoted policy coming out of this location.
