Applied online. Got an email telling my application was provisionally approved and staff member will contact me shortly to dicuss the matter further. Two days later had a call from customer service asking details about loan purpose, employment status, employer's address and contact number, then about my nationality and resident status just to be told straight away that they will not provide me a loan. Though got approved by Sainsbury and Hitachi higher amount of loan, hassle free without any phone calls.
