Im switching banks after my experience with thjs company i called a half hoir before they closed ive banked with thjs bank for over 20 years and have had no issues except the one time i ask them before they close to keep open for 5 minutes longer so i could deposit my check they said no now after devoting 20 years to supporting thjs bank am i out of line asking for 5 minites of there preacious time 5 minutes of there 40 hoir week to stay and assist a devoted member of your bank not impressed i will be calling banks tomorrow aboit transfering any funds available and closing all my accounts im a self employed llgger i work with people to get by i want a bank that can work with me like i work with people if im just a number at your buisness and not a person when i come to your doors that js unacceptable nkt impressed at all
