My bank statement showed two payments of $102 made on the same day to First Bankcard. I called customer service and was quickly answered. And this was on New Year's day. (Jan 1) The representative was attentive, polite and spoke fluent english. I think she was American or Canadian. She addressed my concerns and let me know what to do. She even listened to some of my unrelated concerns. Totally five star. I am glad I carry this card.
